Memorial Day at McClusky

The McClusky American Legion James Roberts Post #124 Memorial Day’s service was held Monday morning at the McClusky High School gym.
There was Advance of Colors with McClusky American Legion Color Guard with Tyler Krueger on drum.
The McClusky Auxiliary Junior members, Sophie Sparrow, Daisy Sparrow, Charlie Sparrow, Karleigh Baker and Aubrey Majors led “Pledge of Allegiance” for the audience.
The audience then sang “The Star Spangled Banner.”
McClusky American Legion Auxiliary Chaplain Sheila Majors gave the invocation. Karleigh Baker recited “In Flanders Fields,” and Michael Netzloff sang “America.”
Staff Sergeant Eric Foss was the guest speaker. Foss is a third generation military man. His grandfather, Oscar Foss, was a WWII army veteran and his father, Richard Foss, is a retired Air Force and Vietnam veteran.  Foss lives in Minot.
