A large crowd gathered to hear the two concerts, with elementary first, high school second, with Kindergarten students setting the pace for the Christmas spirit and music with “Jingle Bells.” The first and second grades performed “I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas and the Fifth and Sixth Grades rocked out with “Jingle Bell Rock.” Fifth grade girls performed “The First Noel,” followed by the third and fourth grade adding “Jolly Old St. Nicholas, xylophones and bells by third grade, recorders by fourth.
