Pancakes served by Northland staff

Last week, Northland Community Health Center celebrated National Health Center Week for 2016 by serving pancakes for breakfast and supper. The week centered on raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of community health centers. The McClusky breakfast event was held at McClusky City Hall’s Community Center and the Turtle Lake supper event was held at the 69ers Senior Citizen Center. Both events drew between 50 and 60 people, according to Northland Director of Business Development Nadine Boe.
Northland is one of the non-profit community-driven primary care clinics. Each clinic provides high quality primary and preventive care to all individuals, with or without insurance and regardless of their ability to pay. They provide integrated and comprehensive services including medical, behavioral, dental and vision care.
