The Sheridan County Commission candidates’ profiles and photos are listed alphabetically. The position of Sheridan County state’s attorney, as well as several other county positions, is uncontested.
The election was held by mail-in ballot and on-site voting will be at the McClusky City Hall on Nov. 2 for all of Sheridan County.
Richard Bentz is the candidate for the position currently held by Eldon Ehrman, District 1. Timothy Strobel is the candidate for the position currently held by Howard Erdmann, District 3.
Richard Bentz, a small-grain and cattle farmer, lives northwest of McClusky with his wife Cheryl (Helm); they have three grown daughters and one granddaughter. He is the challenger to the District 1 seat.
