By ALLAN TINKER
Logan Staigle will take over the reins for Farmer’s Union Agent Marshall Maxwell in July, when Maxwell retires. He has been traveling with Maxwell and getting acquainted with
the clients and the area the agency serves. He was introduced to a portion of the other McClusky merchants at the last Merchants Association meeting in McClusky.
Staigle has worked for Centennial Homes of Bismarck as a sales consultant and built his customer experience and management of finance, production, services and task prioritization in this work. He has also worked as a crop adjuster for Rain and Hail Insurance, Bismarck.
There he used his familiarity with farm crops and management to make accurate appraisals of field losses and quality of crops. He utilized and expanded his skills and background on computer software, keeping up with the latest government regulations and adjuster training. His work background has included a high level of integrity and responsibility
and knowledge of utilizing referral bases, interacting with potential clients, and understanding of a variety of jobs, along with a strong work ethic.
Staigle has lived on a farm and ranch all of his life, which gave him a broad background in multiple industries.
