Successful gamble for Easter gambol

By ALLAN TINKER

On Saturday, March 19, the local SCiPY (Sheridan County in Partnership with Youth) group gathered at the McClusky High School home economics room to put the final touches on the Easter egg hunt planned for 10 a.m. It didn’t start at 10 a.m. sharp, but close enough. Children arrived with parents and grandparents, already in the mood for running and skipping about for hidden eggs.

Before letting the little ones loose, everyone was told that they needed to open the eggs to find the numbers hidden within. These numbers matched to prizes inside the building, waiting to go home with a little one.
