Weather class aids extreme conditions awareness

In an excellent presentation on the action of storm and pre-storm weather conditions, the McClusky Ambulance service informed their members and other interested area residents on Thursday, April 26.
The main portion of the lessons was presented by John Paul Martin of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admin-istration (NOAA).
The Bismarck NWS website has a wealth of Doppler Radar information available to keep you informed during the upcoming severe weather season.
SKYWARN is a program where the National Weather Service comes to communities and presents severe weather information. It is intended to be fun, educational, and best of all, free!
Sessions are typically an hour and a half long with lots of cool video and information.
