Cardinals sing sweet surrender to the Coyotes

In another of their tied-to-the-end scoring battles, the Sheridan County Coyotes again came out on the thin edge of the wining side defeating the Washburn Cardinals in overtime on the Coyote home floor on Feb.
With heavy pressure on the regular top scorers, Jacy Hausauer, Kim Tkach and Karissa Erdmann, the Cardinals took their eyes off Neilie Dockter, Abigail Martwick and Taylor Gahner at the wrong times. This allowed for some decisive baskets and rebounds to be made, helping the Coyotes on to victory.
Brittany Thomas and Adrienne Martwick make up the balance of the team, making subs a short supply for relief or foul-outs. Luckily, the Coyotes kept everyone in the game.
The teams hit the floor with super energy, making the game worth admission plus from the beginning action. The Coyotes trailed by five at half time, but evened, then gained at the end of the third quarter.
