Game totals equal cliff -hanger and runaway wins

Tuesday past, the grade teams from TLMMU tackled the Wilton-Wing Miners on the McClusky home court. The first game, grades 5-6, was a steady battle to a win for the TLMMU with a score of 18-16. Tied at 16 in the fourth quarter’s final minutes, the local team pulled ahead by two and hung on to the finish. Second game, the sixthgrade athletes again kept the early scores close, with 9-7- TLMMU at the end of one and 14-10 at the close of the second quarter.
