McClusky Pee Wees lose one, win one
The McClusky Pee Wee basketball team hosted Washburn Pee Wee players on Thursday, April 8, at McClusky. There were two games with fourth, fifth and sixth grade players.
In the first game, McClusky was defeated by Washburn with a score of 18-43. Scores in quarters are as follows: first quarter, 6-12; second quarter 8-20, third quarter, 12-28, and fourth quarter 18-43. Levi Larson added a three-pointer in the end of first quarter at the 0:22 mark.
In the second game, McClusky was victorious over Washburn by a score of 33-20. Scores in quarters are as follows: first quarter, 9-8; second quarter 11-10, third quarter 23-19, and fourth quarter 33-20, with McClusky leading in all quarter scoring. Chase Beyl shot a three-pointer at the end of first quarter buzzer.
Both Levi and Chase did some “awesome” shooting with their three-pointers.
