Trojans eliminated

The Trojans season came to an end Monday night as they were defeated by the Flasher Bulldogs 61-55 in Region 5 Tournament quarter final action.
The Trojans end their season with a 7-16 record while the Bulldogs move on to semifinal action with a 16-7 record
Other quarter final action saw Max defeat Standing Rock 69-54; Solen beat Garrison 59-41 and Bismarck Shiloh Christian slipped past Washburn 61-57.
Semifinal games have Max playing Solen and Flasher plays Bismarck Shiloh Christian.
Trapper Jacobs led the Trojans scoring with 13 points. Blake Anderson and Hunter Jacobs also scored in double figures with 12 and 11 points.
Peyton Gabrielson led the Bulldogs with 25 points and Tanner Marion added 20.
The Trojans jumped out to a 5-0 lead with Hunter Jacobs getting a deuce and Dylan Olsen got a deuce and a free throw.
The Bulldogs answered with Tanner Marion and Dylan Pfleger getting buckets to make it 5-4.
