Trojans stomp Holsteins

The Turtle Lake- Mercer Mc-Clusky Trojans improved to 3-0 with a 75-35 win over the New Salem/Almont Holsteins on the home court Tuesday night
Kevin Klemisch was the leading scorer for the Trojans with 21 points followed by Marcus Tomlinson with 18 and Adam Peltier with 16.
Ethan Hoger was the scoring leader for the Holsteins with nine points.
The game started out with Adam Peltier and Marcus Tom-linson getting triples to put the Trojans up 6-0.
A 9-0 run in the middle of the quarter made the score 17-4 Trojans at the 2:18 mark. Klemisch started the run with a put-back, then Tomlinson netted a triple from the right wing and Nathan Rauhauser got a put-back. Klemisch finished with a short jumper and the first quarter ended with the Trojans on top 21-9.
