Trojans win five

The girls and boys teams combined won five games this past week. The Trojans girls’ team won games against Center/Stanton, 83-31; and Wilton, 51-43.
The Trojans boys’ team defeated Wilton, 77-58; Our Redeemers, 63-46; and Center/Stanton, 66-64.
The win over Wilton put the girls at four wins and one loss in district play and second place with district play complete. Washburn leads the district with a 5-0 record.
Overall the girls are eight wins and seven losses. The girls are at Parshall Feb. 8 and then at home with Minot Ryan on Feb. 15.
For the boys it is the same as for the girls; they are four wins and one loss in district play and in second place. And, again, Washburn leads the district.
Overall the boys are 13 wins and five losses with the last game of the regular season with Berthold on Monday night, Feb. 6 on the home court.
The district tournament begins Feb. 10 at Washburn.
