Braves get win over Kenmare

The Parshall Braves boys basketball team’s personnel woes suffered another blow as forward senior Josh Hart suffered an ankle injury in a 58-48 victory over the Kenmare Honkers.
Hart played a key role in the victory after the Braves got off to a slow start and were behind 15-7 after the first quarter. Hart sank a three point shot, got a steal for a layup, and led another fast break that finished with Jaden Christianson putting back a rebound to cut the deficit to one point in the space of about 30 seconds. The Braves started the quarter with an 18-3 run. The energized Braves put together their best quarter of the season, scoring 32 points to the Honkers nine. The teams went into the locker room at halftime with the Braves on top with a score of 39-24.
