Braves win with comeback victory
By Logan J. Davis
The Parshall-White Shield Braves thrilled their fans by pulling out a big win against the Trenton Tigers at home in exciting fashion as they overcame the Trenton Tigers 18-14 on Homecoming weekend.
Braves Coach Jay Clausen could not have been more pleased in the school and community support all through the game. The icing on the cake being that electrifying 18-14 victory by his young but talented team.
The Parshall-White Shield Braves won on a touchdown pass in the ‘red zone’ from senior Dan Benevides to his teammate and standout receiver Chauntay LaCroix with just over a minute to go in the game. Benevides also had an important interception on the defensive side of the ball for the Braves.
