Chase and Grady sign with BSC
By Tony Lone Fight
Jesse Chase and Ashton Grady, two Mandaree High School basketball stars, signed papers of intent to attend Bismarck State College. A rally to mark this event took place on Wednesday, April 10 at the Mandaree High School gym.
Chase chose BSC because the college is challenging to his skills, Grady because it was both far from home and also close to home.
Both have been playing basketball together since the eighth grade and this season, they were all-district and all-region and also all-district teams and all-region teams. Chase has 1700+ career points and Grady has 1600+ career points. Chase is now 2nd place in all-time career points at Mandaree High School.
