Lady Braves finish fourth

Parshall won its first two games in the Northwest Conference Tournament but then ran into a buzzsaw in the semis, and finished fourth in the 12-team tournament.
The Lady Braves took opening round games from Divide County, 49-44 and Tioga, 57-35, before dropping consecutive games to Kenmare, 77-36 and Stanley, 65-25.
Despite falling by a wide margin to Kenmare, the Lady Braves came out in the third-place game ready for action. In fact, Parshall and Stanley played even through the first quarter with the Blue Jays taking a 16-14 lead. Stanley outscored Parshall in the second 12-7, but it was the third quarter that sealed it for the Blue Jays.
