Parshall falls to Trenton in four games By MARVIN BAKER After knocking off the New Town Eagles in the opening round of the District 15 Volleyball tournament, Parshall dropped its regional qualifier match to an upstart Trenton squad. Trenton kept its playoff hopes alive with a 3-1 win over the Braves, playing against Parshall in much the same way the team played against Trinity Christian in the opening round, exciting moments throughout the match. The Tigers took the first two matches by scores of 25-14, 25-21 when Parshall came storming back to take the third 25-21. Parshall played well in the fourth and final game, but Trenton inched away, winning the game 25-20 and the match. Shanaye Packineau led Parshall with 11 kills, adding one ace and posting 20 digs. Kaycee Packineau had five kills, while Erica Roberts led once again in assists with nine. McKayla Nielson nailed two aces to keep the Braves in it. Roberts had 18 digs and Nielson had 11. Kaycee Packineau added one block.
