Parshall’s last run before state
Woods takes top spot at Cross Ranch

Parshall’s varsity cross country teams took one last run leading up to the state cross country meet Saturday.
Led by Alexis Woods’ run of 15:33, the girls took the title with 29 points, followed by Killdeer, Beulah-Hazen, Washburn-Wilton, Shiloh Christian in Bismarck, Hebron and Garrison.
Keisha Schock of Washburn-Wilton came close to Woods but was cut short by 4 seconds. Skye Schaper of Killdeer came in third.
In addition to Woods crossing the line first, Kiara Packineau, Devanee Hale and Desiree Wells came in fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively to help earn that title out fo the seven teams and 36 runners competing.
