Underwood takes BHG Masters

Home cooking continues to be the theme of the day for the annual BHG Masters Golf Tournament.
Last year, the host community was Center. The host team prevailed.
This year, the tournament was in Underwood and the host team of Steve Cottingham, Chris Johnson, Graydon Ash, Sam Cottingham and Marilyn Ash are champions.
The Westridge Golf Club has a corner on the market at the BHG Masters. This is the fourth time in 10 years a team from the Underwood course claimed the title.
The Underwood fivesome shot a 324. Last year’s first place club, Center, was runner up with a 334. Team members are Matt Bieber, Justin Borneman, Bruce Wilkens, Martina Bieber and Janice Isaak.
