Myrick club runners compete in Hershey track meet; Wells places second in 800
Five kids from the Smokey Myrick Running Club qualified for and competed at the State Hershey’s track meet on June 20 in Fargo.
Attending were Desiree Wells, Veronica Lyson, Aulora Severance, Talon Two Crow and Laiman Reynolds. Placing was Desiree Wells. She placed sixth in the 1600-meter run and second in the 800-meter run.
Also placing was Cameron Howling Wolf of Mandan. Cameron took first in the 800-meter run. Cameron is the son of Silas (Sonny) Howling Wolf and Sherry (Wolf) Howling Wolf, formerly of Fort Berthold.
