Netters fall as tournaments loom
The New Town Eagles and Parshall Braves both fell in Class B Volleyball action this week as the season starts to draw to a close.
The Eagles hosted the 15-11 Sawyer Flashes on Monday, and dropped the match three games to none. The 1-14 Eagles were never able to get on track in the match and fell by scores of 25-9, 25-5, and 25-6.
The 4-15 Parshall Braves were on the road this week against the 12-9 Powers Lake Ranchers. The Braves were swept by the Ranchers with scores of 25-14, 25-10 and 25-18.
