New Town Eagles invite fans to potluck banquet
State Class B tournament team to be honored for successful 2010-11 season
All fans of the 2010-11 New Town Eagles high school boys basketball team are invited to a potluck banquet honoring the team and coaches for their successful 2010-11 season.
The banquet will take place April 28 (Thursday) at 6 p.m. in the Northern Lights Community Center in New Town.
Some of the accomplishments for this team include a season record of 25 wins and two losses, third place in the North Dakota Class B State Basketball Tournament, and the impossible task of beating the Watford City Wolves four times in one season.
