Riding 40 years in Max

They’ve been coming to Max for 40 years now with one purpose — rodeo. The event has grown since its conception in 1979.
“Last year we had 279 contestants and over 500 entries,” Karen Finkbeiner of Max, said. “We’re one of the largest rough rider rodeos in the state of North Dakota.”
