Commission approves zoning requests, reviews highway needs
The McLean County Commission approved several planning and zoning requests Oct. 6 while also receiving updates on highway department operations and future equipment needs.
Among the actions approved was a variance request submitted by Jim and Tammy Dunn and Corey and Carrie Olson involving property at Slater’s Resort Replat in Otis Township.
The applicants plan to replace an older cabin with two manufactured homes connected by a shared deck. The project required relief from county side-yard setback requirements because of the narrow lot configuration.
