Underwood comprehensive plan nears completion
A project that began in June 2022, Underwood’s comprehensive plan is on track to be presented to the city commission by Burian and Associates in March after a final meeting with the steering committee. The Fargo - based consulting firm conducted round table discussions, formed a steering committee, compiled research, and administered a city-wide survey to prepare its finding and priorites. “If you can try to look at your community, frankly, and then figure out which type of things you could add to make it a more wonderful place to live, those are the building blocks to attract people and retain people,” Steve Burian of Burian and Associates said.
