Cougars look to build on balanced roster entering 2026 track and field season
The Central McLean track and field team heads into the 2026 season with a well-rounded roster on both the boys and girls sides, combining returning contributors with a group of athletes looking to make their mark this spring.
Under the guidance of head coach Renee Fransen, the Cougars will aim to build consistency throughout the season while continuing to develop depth across multiple events.
On the boys side, Central McLean brings a group that features a mix of experience and versatility.
Aiden Hanson headlines the roster, joined by contributors such as Bentlee Kuhn, Charlie Schlichtenmayer, Darick Jones, and Gavin Haraseth.
That core group is expected to compete across a variety of events, giving the Cougars flexibility in both track and field disciplines.
