Cougars sixth at regions

Central McLean athletes took home sixth place overall for both the girls and boys teams during
last week’s South Central Region meet in Bismarck.
Cougar boys placed sixth at the May 21 meet, located at Shiloh Christian, with a total of 60.5 points. Central McLean bested Standing Rock with 48 points but fell short of fifth-place Kidder County.
The girls team also placed sixth with 41.5 points, just ahead of Medina-Pingree-Buchanan with 36 points and short of Southern McLean with 66.
