The Cougars need to shore up their defense if they’re going to have any hopes of achieving their goals this year.

That’s according to Head Coach Alex Jangula, who watched his team fall in their first game of the inaugural Cougar co-op season. The Cougars fell to the homestanding Our Redeemer’s Knights by the score of 73-57.

“It was a good first test,” said Jangula. “Obviously we have more work to do on the defensive end. If we want to get to our ultimate goal we have to play better on defense and finish possessions.”
