Smith reaches basketball milestone

CMC senior Ashtyn Smith scored her 1,000-career point during the game Monday in Flasher. Smith scored 29 points total to help the Cougars secure an 80-33 win.
“ I’m very proud and excited for Ashtyn and her accomplishment. She’s been a great player to coach and is an even better person on and off the court,” Coach Ethan Vaagene said.
