Snyder named to All-State team
Underwood senior Taysha Snyder was tapped for another honor this week, named to the second team Class B All-State girls basketball team. The 2020 North Dakota
Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association has chosen 10 second-team players and five first-team players for their contributions on the basketball court.
In her senior year, Snyder averaged 12.6 rebounds and 18.3 points per game, totaling 314 boards and 457 points for the season. She averaged 50 percent from the field this season and set a school record of total career points with 1405. She finished her high school career with 971 rebounds. Snyder’s coach Gary Ballard said Snyder was an excellent choice to the All-State team.
