Titans ready for second half

July is here. In just three weeks the Legion baseball season will be in the midst of the playoffs. With June in the rearview mirror the Garrison-Max-Central McLean Titans are 6-6, being 5-3 in section play and 3-2 in counter games. Head Coach Nathan Turck weighed in on how the team has progressed so far. "We continue to work on the mental aspect of the game and being ready on every play for every possible situation," he said. "As sectionals approach we will continue to work on our endurance, both mentally and physically so we can play a solid seven innings."
