Veterans leading Cougar girls on links

The Central McLean Cougar girls golf team is teeing off with nine varsity golfers this season, bringing back some veterans who are anxious to see what they can do on the links after a year away from high school competition thanks to COVID-19.
Top returners include Kennedi Fischer, Sydni Fischer and Amy Klain, who all played at the varsity level in the 2019 season.
Head Coach Teresa Pleinis is counting on the veteran leadership of those three golfers to help some of the rookie gol fers find theircollective stride early in the season.
