Seven McClusky seniors graduated on Saturday afternoon, May 25, at the McClusky High School gym.
New brush truck improves grass fire response time
A new brush truck was recently added to the well-maintained fleet of firefighting trucks used by the McClusky Fire Department and organized Fire District.
Goodrich graduates three
On positive messages from all fronts, the 2019 Goodrich graduating class enjoyed a warm and enthusiastic reception for their efforts during their years in school.

The entire kindergarten class of 2019 at McClusky Elementary Class was female. Adding to this distinction, the class also included two sets of twins.

Graduations favor Saturday venues for 2019
Continuing a newer trend of holding graduation ceremonies on a Saturday, the 2019 Goodrich School Graduation will be held, Saturday, May 18, at 2 p.m.
The show must go on
Due to a situation unforeseen, the dinner theatre comedy by the fifth and sixth grade students was changed to casual cookies and beverages, but still at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 17. It will be held at the high school gym.

Spring Awards Concert presented by classes 7-12
Performances were interspersed with presentations of blue ribbons during the concert on April 10 at the McClusky High School gymnasium.
Goodrich Music Dept. puts on Spring Concert
Goodrich School music department had its spring program on April 30 at the school gym. LaDonna Erdmann was the music instructor.

Second time around for Mechanics Plus
With a delightful array of bars and cookies awaiting guests, the Grand Re-opening of Mechanics Plus quickly drew a crowd at the 2 p.m. starting time on April 26.
Pool training new lifeguards for 2019 season
With board members Rhonda Meckle, Deb Rhoads, Brandon Lauer, Larry Gessner, Ethan Schwalk and Clerk Shirley Murray represent, the board tackled the agenda items, with one item for a mower purchase delayed to the May meeting due to an illness preventing the person concerned to show for the April meeting.
