A new Economic Development Director has taken the reins in Underwood. Bill Patrie of Northcountry Cooperative Foundation of Mandan has hired Becky Bowen to fill the part-time position.

Cathy Clark, Underwood, has a smile on her face, a sparkle in her eye and that energy everyone wishes they had. And she uses that energy to deliver smiles in the form of gift baskets throughout the entire region. Cathy teaches Title I reading and math for kindergarten through sixth grade at Washburn Elementary School.
