Big Al’s batting cage

“This is Big Al’s batting cage.”
Those were the words of Garrison High School Principal Steve Dangel as he revealed a new addition to the school.
This new structure was donated by the family of Alex Bendickson, a talented baseball player and loyal fan of the Titans. Bendickson passed away last year.
According to Dangel at the presentation, the cage was always a dream of Bendickson’s when he attended school at Garrison High.
The batting cage located on the stage of the high school gym has been in the works since last May, Dangel said.
