The 2025 Division A Volleyball postseason spotlighted some of North Dakota’s finest high-school talent, as the All-Tournament Team, Senior Athlete of the Year, and Coach of the Year were officially announced this week.
Across every corner of the state, standout players elevated their teams with leadership, skill, and postseason grit, culminating in recognition that reflects both individual excellence and deep competitive balance across the division.
The All-Tournament Team features 15 athletes whose performances delivered defining moments throughout regional and state play.
May-Port CG led all programs with four honorees, a testament to the Patriots’ relentless run this fall.
Juniors and seniors alike played key roles, beginning with Paetyn Strand (11), whose front-row presence and all-around reliability helped fuel MPCG’s postseason surge.
Senior Hudson Zerface (12) added veteran poise and consistent scoring, while fellow senior Kiaza Carlson (12) showcased dynamic offensive production throughout the tournament.
Rounding out the group for MPCG was sophomore Abby Sand (10), one of the youngest honorees, recognized for her steady composure on the court.
Valley City also placed three seniors on the team—Kadie Kocka (12), Brynn Lueck (12), and Kinlee Sufficool (12), each of whom played pivotal roles in guiding the Hi-Liners through another strong postseason appearance.
Their combined effort provided balanced hitting, strong defense, and leadership that shaped Valley City’s competitive identity.
