Garrison finishes second in Region 6 Tournament

The Garrison Troopers closed out a remarkable 2025 baseball season with a second-place finish in the Region 6 Tournament, held May 22-24 at Corbett and Hoeven Fields in Minot.
Garrison finished with a 21-5 record, but ultimately fell one game short of qualifying for the North Dakota State Tournament after a hard-fought four-game stretch that included three matchups against Bishop Ryan.
Garrison opened the tournament in commanding fashion with a 10-0 shutout win over the Surrey Mustangs in five innings.
Cooper Coble was dominant on the mound, going the distance with a three-hit shutout, walking just two and striking out seven.
Offensively, the Troopers set the tone early with two first-inning runs and broke the game open with an eight-run fourth inning.
Gaige Roberts led the charge at the plate, going 2-for-3 with four RBIs.
Coble helped his own cause, going 2-for-3 with an RBI, while Ethan Butman and Grady Crawford also drove in runs.
Treyson Iglehart reached base three times via walk and scored a run.
