Lady Troopers take on Coyotes/Wildcats
Garrison vs. Elgin
The Lady Troopers made the long trip to Elgin to take on the Coyotes last Tuesday evening.
It was a tough couple sets for the Lady Troopers.
“We were faced with challenges from the get-go. We had to go with a brand-new lineup as Cara (Schlehr) was home sick and Tanille (Kallberg) was just back from being sick. But these girls are no strangers to change, they stepped up when needed and didn’t skip a beat,” Co-head coach Kerri Hemberger said. ”We’ve also been fortunate that some of the younger players have stepped up so we can grow our bench, we added three (players) to our bench in September and they’ve already made an impact.”
