Titans ride 13-game winning streak into Legion State Tournament
After spending nearly two months proving themselves as one of North Dakota’s premier American Legion baseball teams, the Garrison Titans are preparing for the biggest stage of their summer.
The Titans enter the 2026 American Legion State Tournament with an outstanding 33-3 overall record and plenty of momentum as they travel to Lisbon for the five-day tournament, which begins Friday, July 31, and runs through Aug. 4.
Garrison will open tournament play against host Lisbon Post 7 at approximately 6 p.m. Friday. The winner will advance to face the victor of the opening-round matchup between Velva and Thompson, while the losing teams will continue play through the consolation bracket.
The Titans’ road to state has been defined by resilience and consistency.
Garrison opened the season with a pair of losses to the Minot Metros but quickly turned those setbacks into motivation.
The Titans responded by reeling off 20 consecutive victories, establishing themselves as one of the hottest teams in the state throughout the heart of the summer schedule.
