GARRISON — December 29 Garrison’s boys basketball team hosted the Nedrose Cardinals for the team’s first contest in 10 days following an unexpected break in the action due to weather/holidays, Garrison’s boys would go on to win 76-32 in the game. “We have had a lot of starts and stops so far this year, so we aren’t anywhere near where we want to be...but neither is any other team.” Garrison Head coach Justin Folk said when discussing the strange season. “It’s been so early into the year we don’t even know where we actually are at. It has seemed like 3 individual games instead of 3 games in a season.” From the game’s opening tipoff Garrison’s group got to
work on both ends of the court. Allowing only seven points in the first quarter Garrison separated themselves from the competition, taking a 20-7 lead on the back of eight points from Connor Kerzmann in the period.
