Young Troopers fall to Velva

Finally. Some action on the diamond.
The Garrison Troopers baseball team got a chance to get some playing time in for real Monday afternoon in Velva.
Unfortunately, the young team came out on the short end of the score sheet as the Aggies prevailed 7-1 in the opening game. The Troopers racked up three runs in the nightcap, but fell again to Velva 7-3.
