The BAD:  Underwood had 3-day ‘boil order’

As of Tuesday morning, Underwood residents were being advised that they could run drinking water out of the tap without having to boil it first, as the city continued its recovery from a complete water shut-down after a series of water main breaks starting about 2:30 Friday morning.
