Miners, Lions trip Trojans
The Trojans did not do so well this past week as the Wilton/Wing Miners took both games of a double header district match up and the boys were defeated by the Minot Bishop Ryan Lions on a last-second shot.

The Trojans took second place at the annual Mandan Holiday Tournament at Mandan High School over the Christmas break. Bismarck Shiloh Christian defeated the Trojans, 50-40, in the championship game.

Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky five foot six inch senior setter Zoe Smalls was placed on the 2016 Region 5 All Region Team at the conclusion of the Region 5 tournament Thursday night in Washburn.
