Trojans drop two
The Trojans suffered two losses this past week. Tuesday night at Wilton/Wing the final regular season match, saw the Miners defeat the Trojans 3-0 to raise their region record to 7-3, while the Trojans fell to 9-1.
They never got to release their balloons
Several Central McLean fans were waiting for the Cougars to score their first touchdown to release their handful of balloons, but the time never came as Beach kept the Cougars out of the end zone the entirety of Saturday’s playoff game.
