It's a wrap for the 29th annual Dickens Village Festival. The third and final weekend for the annual festival came to a close on Saturday after the 7:30 p.m. performance of A Christmas Carol at the KOTA Theatre, which was “just under” to being sold out, said McKaila Behles, a member of the festival planning committee.
