A chilly start to the Dickens Village Festival
Another year of the Dickens Village Festival began in Garrison last weekend.
The lights and garland decorate the light posts, the parade floats have come out of storage and Garrisonites are ready to don out their Old English garb.
Besides the Double Decker Queen Elizabus breakdown and it being extremely cold, the first weekend went off without a hitch.
