Additional water storage proposed
Additional water storage proposed If costs are reasonable, there could be additional water storage for the City of Garrison come next fall. Council members, at their meeting Tuesday night, authorized Bartlett & West Engineers of Bismarck to proceed with design plans for a concrete water storage reservoir. The new tank would be near the existing water towers. The reservoir is the next step in an ongoing process to update and improve the city’s water treatment system. The final step will be making upgrades to the water treatment plant. Additional storage would be a luxury for the city and partnering Garrison Rural Water Association.
