Firework enthusiasts have two local option this season: Memory Fireworks and This That 'N More.

“I didn’t think we were going to make it in time,” Jennifer Noremberg said.
After months of isolation and lockdown due to the coronavirus, city officials across North Dakota hope the Fourth of July can serve as a return to some normalcy and togetherness in their communities. Many of the state’s Independence Day celebrations will continue this year, despite social distancing recommendations. 
“The picnics, the fireworks, that’s what it’s all about,” Jennifer said.
This is the Noremberg family’s third year running the fireworks store in Garrison.
The past two years they sold the fireworks out of a trailer in the Krause’s Market parking lot.
“It’s a family thing, we spend a lot of time as a family doing this,” Jennifer said. “Long hours and lots of hard work.”
