Burglary charges filed

Charges have been filed against three Garrison men for their part in a number of break-ins in northwest McLean County and southern Ward County.
Josh Koelzer, 26, Garrison, along with Cory Eslinger, 23, Garrison, have been charged with multiple counts of conspiracy to commit burglary (a Class B felony) and conspiracy to commit theft of property. A juvenile, also of Garrison, has also been charged. He has been petitioned into juvenile court.
Koelzer is being held in the McLean County Law Enforcement Center on $10,000 cash bond. Eslinger’s bond was set at $5,000, but he was released after posting 10 percent of the bond. Court dates have note been set.
Court documents give a laundry list of businesses in the area that were broken into and burglarized.
